      Thanks, Patti. We were out there on the perfect day to get some great photos as the surfers practiced for a competition. I loved the look of that first guy/first photo, he looks so at ease with that board under his arm.

    Never tried it. I’m afraid it gets too exhausting for me to arm paddle around the water. Plus, I don’t really know how to swim. I just like to see surfers in action. Your gallery is awesome though.

    Loved your response, Angeline. It was, for me, so unexpected. Being a confirmed landlubber, I am amazed to watch surfers. Did you happen to see any footage of the surfers off Portugal during last week’s storm? Unbelievable!

      Thanks, John. No, I missed any stories about the surfing off Portugal last week; I’ll have to go back in the news to see if I find it. Surfers go out in the craziest of storms to catch those monster waves.
