  2. Really great colors. Love the Violet and yellow. The little markings in the leaf look like ruins, I can almost make out what has been written in the wind.
    Happy Macro Challenge

  3. It’s beautiful. The tight crop, the texture, the colours, the processing; everything about it is stunning.

  4. I know what you mean about walking with your head down, Angeline. Sometimes I walking with mine up, others times ahead, still others down. There are so many different things to see in all those places and no way to see all of them at once!! It’s in the 50’s here at night now and 70’s during the day, ideal weather as far as I’m concerned. 🙂 Enjoyed your photo with it’s promise and beauty of autumn.

Thanks, Janet. I am the say way, up, down and all around. There are bikers back on the trail I walk on so I’ve also got to keep my ears open to hear if they’re coming up behind me so I don’t get run over! Mornings/evenings are just so lovely weather wise. And today it’s only mid 70s!!

Happy to report that we haven’t quite got to that stage yet, Angeline, but it’s not far off. Your image positively twinkles. 🙂

  7. Angeline, one of autumn’s joys is the golden gems that we discover. Your leaf is an example. Our temps just plummeted from 100 heat index to low 80s. There are some small signs of the season to come. Happy Photo Challenge.
