I would say: we are killing the world, so… – I am sure we can travel again one day. But. wy not being a bit more thankful for all the luck we had in previous times?
My thoughts now are deep into the travel I did in the past, and being so grateful that I took those trips when I did. I now see how important it is to say yes when an opportunity presents itself.
I’m sure they haven’t forgotten the plague of leprosy and all the other diseases brought to the islands by outsiders that decimated their populations. Hawaii will assuredly not be the same for a long time, nor will the rest of the world. Sad situation overall.

They’ve killed their economy with their quarantine rules. Too bad. I worry Hawaii won’t be the same for a long time.
