Storm clouds gathering late yesterday afternoon. Another group of storms are lined up out in the Pacific that are going to bring us yet more rain, and snow up in the higher elevations. It is official that our drought is now over.

Angeline, you really caught the drama in this shot. Clouds like this are a blessed sight when there’s been a drought. I’m so thankful that in many places the drought is now over. The snow pack in California is incredible, which bodes well for the future, too.

After so many years of drought, seeing a sky like this still fills me with awe at the beauty of clouds shifting and changing with the wind that blows them over the hills. Thanks for your visit.

A nice cloud capture, Angeline. It’s nice that the rain has arrived in waves and not all at once to put an end to the drought, at least for this year.

It’s all such a blur now with so many days of that. Rain yes, not too bad on the wind.
