Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge ~ Alone On the Road

Re-inventing ourselves through the creativity of photography.

A photo taken from a train window a few weeks ago (I know, I know, the Sunday Traveler didn’t hit the blog yesterday, but will be coming this coming Sunday with more of the views).

Sally, creator of Sally D’s Mobile Photography Challenge, speaks more to this self-expression in her blog this week, please take a look by clicking here.

Photo above taken with my iPhone 6Plus, in Camera+, edited in camera, then processed in the iPhone app, Aquarella, and a further tweak using PicMonkey.

    Beautiful photograph

  2. A very simple and wonderful image, full of emotional content. What springs in mind to me is loneliness and abandonment. The water colour processing fits the subject perfectly.

Lovely image. Nice composition, and the editing is great.

  4. What a great job of editing, Angeline! Besides the dreamy factor, it looks like a watercolor. Very cool.

I really like thi one, Angeline. There’s a dreamlike quality to it that’s really captured my eye.

  6. Angeline, your image pulls me into its sense of the past in the present. Still, it has a timeless feel about one of my most favorite areas of our country. Really, really like it. Happy Photo Challenge.

  7. Allan G. Smorra says:

Looks like Utah. I like the colors and the way that you softened the image.

  8. Love this one Angeline.

  9. Now that is downright nice.
