It reminds me of when I went fungi hunting in the Italian Alps. There was a veritable smorgasbord of mushroom to be seen – yet few as spectacular looking as this one!
Great shot ~ when I was a little kid, I always wished I could either be small so I could rest underneath such a mushroom (or that I would stumble upon a great big mushroom). This photo takes me back 🙂
