The first night in our new home demanded this photo from the patio. A full moon, hopefully an auspicious beginning. I was running about the house trying to unpack a few things when something told me to just stop, to go outside and be with the beauty of the outdoors for a little while. To breathe. Very therapeutic.
Photo taken with an iPhone 6Plus, and a native filter, Silent Movie, was used.
Visit Lens and Pens by Sally for more entries in the mobile photography challenge.
I’m slowly making my way back to the world of blogs, and trying to remember to stop more often to take a breather.
You are probably a little more settled in by now. Congratulations on your new start in life.

Funny, or perhaps not so funny, where life takes us but always good to catch up along the way. Take your time Angeline, enjoy the peace of that fabulous view!

Thanks, Patti. I’m up and down with being able to focus on much still, but I think trying to get back to a couple of things will help.

So good! Is Silent Movie another app?

Thanks, Julie. It’s a built in filter choice on Camera+. I do a lot of my photos in Camera+ pretty much exclusively. How are you doing with your new iPhone?

I like your photo this week, it has a lot of ‘volume’ to it.
Next month I am going to update my phone to a 6s Plus and I am curious how you like yours. Any comments or suggestions? The overall size was intimidating to me for a longtime and then I just decided ‘to heck with it’ and get a screen that I don’t have to squint at to use.

Thanks, Allan. I love the 6Plus. The size at first almost made me choose the 6, but I decided I needed a bigger screen. I am so glad I went with the 6Plus!
It does not feel at all awkward in my hand like I thought it might. I have not found one negative thing about it. Have fun with the 6sPlus!
