An old-time car wash that we used to frequent many years ago was recently re-visited now that we’ve moved back to the same area. It hasn’t changed one iota. Amazing after 30 some years.
I was attracted to the light coming in from the decaying ceiling, highlighting the spray of water, and the pipes. The light was just fantastic!
It’s the cheapest car wash in town, and I’ll be going back because of that, and to get more photos; I know there are more waiting for me there.

Very cool, Angeline. I took photos at a car wash while inside the van and that was fun, too. Of course, the van was auto-directed, so it was safe. Have to try doing some editing with that. Thanks for the idea.

Thanks so much, Sally. With all the pollen from the pine trees I will be making many visits there. And in case anyone is wondering, they use recycled water (our drought is back to a doomsday level). This place brought out the excitement in my creative soul like no other in awhile; funny how the ordinary can do that.
