I’m not sure what got into me last night, but this photo sitting in my files jumped out at me. How could a slice of chocolate cake with raspberries not be just as delicious in black and white? And if no one likes it…let them eat cake.

First there’s the lushes cake, yum then the sepia edges, finally the mean little faces on the plate oh are they suppose to be hearts? Great contrast! One way to have your cake and eat it too 😀

Ha ha, Carol, I just noticed what I thought were hearts, look like mean faces 🙂 I’ll start using those plates when I’m in a snit about something.

I must politely disagree. 🙂 I think the cake looks great in B&W, but the raspberries don’t really look like much. Now if you could have the B&W cake with everything else B&W, but have the raspberries their real color, I think that would be really cool. I hasten to add that I’m not saying I don’t like the photo. I just think B&W doesn’t do justice to raspberries!
