Macro Cabernet that is. The reflection is that of a window pane that will be shown another day. A weekend in San Francisco, to celebrate yet another year added to the adventures of my life, was food and drink for my soul.

Have a visit with Lens and Pens by Sally for more on macro.
Love it.

Hi Angeline. What filter did you use with this shot? It is perfect for the wine-glass subject!

Hi Patti, thanks. I used Snapseed’s Details filter, and a bit of the Tune Image filter features, that was it. Pretty much I just moved in with the phone’s camera (a Samsung Galaxy) for a close up shot, the lighting was pretty perfect just the way it was.

Nice one Angeline! Great effect with the reflections, and I’m certain that wine would have helped!

Quite right too, and very eloquently put! I’m just off to sort out my evening meal and a goodly slurp of Bordeaux (Cab Sauvignon and a few support grapes)

Thanks, Sally. Not too much processing done on this one. The light was fabulous in that room at Golden Hour and all….or maybe it was the wine 🙂
