That must have been a hard transition from Las Vegas weather to 18 degrees! Things aren’t too bad just yet, water rationing hasn’t been made mandatory just yet, but I imagine that will be soon enough. For now, people are asked to ration voluntarily. It will teach us all about a little more respect for the earth.
