Momma hen teaching her family of little ones why it is they cross the road.
You’re right, “Hey Nigel!”
I remember this shot too – looks like our Missy there as well 🙂
hi Angeline, you made me smile with this family – and good luck to them when crossing their street – they would have no chance doing that on the street where I’m living… – so it would be better, they could fly. P.S.: thank you Angeline for your kind words at http://flickrcomments.wordpress.com/2014/01/19/taking-names/
I learned to fly with my music crossing many troubled waters …
I’m glad I could make you smile.
Music is wonderful for soothing the soul, and you fly very well.
Me gusta tu foto Angeline 🙂
Gracias, Paula. Estos pollitos me encantaron. Son de Hawaii.
And it looks like Daddy is watching for those reasons why you don’t want to cross the road at the wrong time!
He’s got their back!
Love your sense of humor. Nice family, too. 🙂
Here’s my modern family:
Thanks, Cris, and thanks for stopping in. And I like your modern family!
You know, I like my modern family, too. Unfortunately, one of those pictured lives over a thousand miles away. It was great seeing them together again.
That makes this photo all the better. It is great when all the family can be together.
My daughter, who also lives over a thousand miles away, came last fall for a visit. That was nice, too.
Our kids are all in our area, but getting them all together at one time is always a cause for celebration!
Genial Angeline…Me encanta!!!! Y supongo que el que guarda las espaldas es el orgulloso padre!!! 🙂
Gracias, Ilargia. Si, el padre parece que esta guardando a su familia muy bien…ojo a todo!
Lovely warm colors. A nice shot.
Thanks, Sue. I loved the rooster’s colors.
that is such a good click. Or should I say cluck?
This photo made me smile 🙂 It says so much about the mother, kids… Thank you, Angeline!
That momma hen had those kids in control!
Oh, love this one! It’s not easy getting a whole family in the same photo…
Thanks, Leya. I had pretty much given up getting more than two at one time in a frame, then momma told them to join her.
What a lovely capture!
Thanks, Arlene. The little ones were so cute.
I wanted to add such a picture but didnt’t have a good like yours….( http://icezine.wordpress.com/2014/01/17/family-weekly-photo-challenge/)
Thanks, iceman. Your families are pretty good too!
Don’t cross the road.
They never did. Maybe momma hen was just showing them said road and telling them to stay away….it was a really busy road with lots of traffic.
And I thought I had it tough with two kids! lol
Momma hen seems to have it all organized.
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thanks, Francine. The babies were all over the place, and then at some command, they all grouped together….to cross the road.
She wouldn’t give me the answer 🙂
