Michelle W., over on The Weekly Photo Challenge, tells us that “the years’ end is a perfect time to look back at the year-that-was and happily forward to the year-that-will-be. A time of renewal, celebration, and joy.”
I look back, and forward, not only at year’s end, but on my birthday that happens to fall mid-year. This little pot of flowers and card brought me great joy this past June, as I considered what might lay ahead in this year of great significance to me.

Thanks, M! The “housework” went spectacularly!! Outpatient and I was up and around immediately. I hosted the family Christmas eve that was four days post op, and feel splendid!
Happy New Year to you, I send joyful greetings to you for a fabulous 2014.
