Trying to get into that holiday mood.

It comes to me that it is December 16th. I hit the mall for the first, and what I hope is the last time, yesterday.
Today’s black and white challenge is part of a weekly phoneography challenge sponsored by Lens and Pens by Sally.

I detest malls even during non festive times! You seem to have found some lovely distraction Angeline 🙂

I was just passing by, and came to a screeching halt when I saw them. A few minutes later I could hear their lovely music and wished I could have stayed to listen.

At least you had some live music to enjoy!

I avoid the malls this time of year. I have good luck shopping locally and leave the malls to the professionals — or masochists. 😉

Sunday reminded me why I usually do not go there, especially at this time of year! Craziness.

Hitting the mall is something I try to avoid, too. Lots of online shopping and small stores. Merry Christmas to you Angeline.

I like the musicians in monochrome, giving us a focus on their expressions. Happy Phoneography Monday.

Thank you! I thought the monochrome spiffed up the photo a bit!

I admire his holiday hat.

The hat gives the musician a certain insouciance, don’t you think?
