Testing a post and photo from my Nook in preparation for my trip sans laptop.
It works 🙂
I was pleasantly surprised!
Goody! Something to look forward to on this blog. Have fun, travel safe, and don’t forget my souvenir… Oops I meant, don’t to take pictures. 😀
Thanks, Rommel! I’m already thinking of a souvenir for you….and you will have loads of pictures to look forward to 🙂
Looks great! Perhaps i should get one. I am not too good at posting from smartphones either. Have a great trip Angeline.
So much easier putting that Nook in my purse or backpack, and it doesn’t have to be taken out to go through security at airports. I’ve got my books to read loaded on it, and web, email, etc. I’m wired 🙂
Fabulous! Have a wonderful time Angeline sans laptop! Looking forward to hearing about it 🙂
Thanks, Anne! Good to see you. And you will definitely hear all about it upon my return.
Wow you did this post with a Nook? Pretty cool!
Thanks, Nicole. I’ve had this Nook for over a year, and always thought it needed a special SIM card for photos. The people at Barnes and Noble weren’t too savvy on it, and finally I went to Google/YouTube! Voila. The Nook has had a card that is the only one needed for photo storage all along.
Looking forward to see what you will capture in your next adventure!
Thanks, Stein. Stay tuned.
“I am determined not to lug my laptop with me on this trip, …” my Samsung Chromebook without windows and hard disk only can save photos in a cloud – but it works very well!
That sounds ideal too. I’m done with the laptop for trips!! So much easier to travel this way with the smaller devices; and just for photos, even better! I’m not planning on doing too much blogging, just a photo here and there.
keep on moving!
I definitely will!
The test looks good.
Thanks, Professor. It took me awhile to even realize that I could save photos on the Nook! It’s the little things that make me happy 🙂
And me too. The professor is always learning little new things about his gadgets!
Look really good! You are so ready for this trip, I can tell 🙂 I’m excited for you, Angeline.
Thanks, Amy. I have explored all the avenues to travel light, so I can just relax and enjoy 🙂
Seems to work fine – I guess persimmons were an appropriate offering to the Nook Gods 🙂
I am so pleased it works!! I’ve never been able to post from my smart phone (maybe not so smart). I am determined not to lug my laptop with me on this trip, no matter what! It definitely must be the persimmons 🙂
