Focus. It can be anywhere you want it to be
I like that you have both to compare but one is the winner for the focus theme!

I think we have a clear winner here! Thanks, Ruth!
Love the first too. The softer background, makes it seem less cluttered, apart from the aesthetics.
I think the first photo wins the vote here. I have to agree with you. Focus can make or break a photo.
Really like the second one!
Wow, that’s interesting. Thank you!
It is the best, you know… 😉
Ah…so you are changing your mind?
Beautiful Angeline!
Thanks, NIcole
Nice shots! I like the first one.
Thanks, Amy. I was really going to just post the first one, but thought to include the second one to show the difference focus can make.
The change in focus makes the same shot so different. What fun.

It is fun to take a photo with different focus and angles to see what you get.

Thanks so much for the reblog! I appreciate that very much!
Lovely succulents 🙂 I like to focus on the green stuff too 😉
I think I get your drift here, Paula 🙂
Nicely done, Angeline. Love the “message”. 😉
Thanks, John. One of those subliminal messages, you think? 🙂
I love that first one, Angeline, with the focus on the little pink begonia flowers and the rosette of the cactus all soft. Lovely.
Well, hello there! I was thinking about you yesterday. Thanks, the first photo is my favorite, and I just threw in the second one for comparison purposes.
