The final photos I’ll post here of my ambling about the Fabbri Statuary garden in American Canyon, California. A visit that was just a bit of a chance happening while out to lunch with family a few weeks ago.
But as a friend of mine always says, there are no coincidences
I found peace here for a little while, peace from self-inflicted worries. I relaxed and felt the zen.

Love them all, but the first one is especially serene and beautiful! I meant to do a post on the meanings of the Buddha’s hand ‘mudra’s’ but never got down to it.

Thanks, Madhu. There is a Buddha on Kauai that I love, and I’ve never found an equal in the position of the hands and legs. I would love to see you do a post on this. Mudra’s, a new word for me. Please, please post on this! Pretty please?

A beautiful final to your exploration of the Fabbri Statuary garden. All three pictures are lovely. I like the blueish repetition in the first pictures between Buddha and the bamboos, the green-yellow palette of the second and the last picture is simply so peaceful and serene.

You certainly ended this series on a high note. Without knowing its true setting, one could easily believe that first photo was taken in some remote SE Asian temple. Very nice Angeline. Thanks for sharing Fabbri with us.

There weren’t too many people there; there were little nooks an crannies I found among the bamboo, such as these, where I felt I was totally alone there. Thanks for your visit.

The statues are captivatingly spiritual. I like the green patina on the urns.
The waterlilies floating on the water are perfect. It looks like a peacful place.
