A memo board in my office; it seems to get larger with each escape I’ve had to fun and adventure.Ā I’ll need another board soon.

Perfect! The giant map on your office wall would have worked as well š

Between that wall map on one side and two of these memory boards on the other….I can travel at a moment’s notice as a phone call drones on and on.

Oh I do love this board! I never stop getting a thrill from looking at old boarding passes, passports, hotel receipts, brochures … anything that has a whiff of T R A V E L to it! I am counting the days until September when I finally take off again and I’m eagerly awaiting your news!

Thanks, it actually keeps me sane on crazy work days….I look at it and know there is fun and adventure out there. And just where are you headed in September?
I’m trying to decide on my post(s) on transitions.

Love it. I should have uploaded the wall in my office Covered with over 200 photos of travels so I can appreciate the feeling you get when you look at your board. Lovely. š

it’s cheaper to escape via internet than by airplane š

So true; that has to do until I’ve saved enough $ or frequent flyer miles to go for real š

Nothing like memories on a board. Where does the next trip lead you?

So nice to look over at it throughout the day, especially a rough day. Next I have a couple of “small” trips, Las Vegas to join my husband at a conference, then San Antonio, Texas to visit with girlfriends. Then the “BIG” one at the end of November to Cancun and surrounding areas.

Life’s too short not enjoy and follow one’s adventurous heart. Know you inspired me to make my pin board too. Beautiful! Have a wonderful weekend my friend.

Thanks, IT. Yes, life is definitely too short. I’m still reeling from a patient’s death yesterday (not at all expected); this only emphasizes the motto “seize the day”.

I want a board like that.

Hi there! I got the board itself at a discount store for about $5.00; then next step in the recipe is to add adventure and fun š

Absolutely super greedy. I’m always ready to take off somewhere…anywhere. Three months is about my limit, and then even a long weekend will see me through. But I have news in the not too distant future. My fortune cookie says more travel soon š
