  3. I have a tree in my backyard the makes similar (if not the same) flower, I’ve always wondered what kind they were. They are simply beautiful, thanks for sharing this!

    This is called “zagara” in Italian. In the south of Italy it used to be a bridal flower. Beautiful. I used to have them in California but lemons and oranges do not grow in Idaho… sigh…

      Thanks for telling me the word in Italian, I need to re-learn the little bit of Italian I once knew. The zagara would be beautiful as a crown on a bride’s head or in her bouquet. This lemon tree is in my back yard and has been incredibly abundant this year.
