While waiting for my flight out of the Orange County, California airport, I did a little photo walk. I was never able to find out who the artist is that created the mobiles hung throughout the terminal I was in

I finally googled this yesterday to find the name of the artists, and find that this airport has a five member arts commission!
I wonder if this is typical of airports outside of California, or if this is a California thing.
