Thanks Frizz. I just went back and saw more of your input. One other problem here in the US along with lack of gun control is limited mental health care in most insurance plans.

It’s a beautiful rose with wonderful colours. The picture emanates a melancholy mood. But even a sad and broken rose looks great. I hope your heart isn’t too broken?

Very clever idea -technically wonderful photo, with strong colours. like the idea of a rose photographed this way…as for the heart…if only you could smell the aroma of the rose you photographed, I’m sure it would go some way in healing…there is much beauty..even when ripped apart.

Thanks. The aroma of the roses on the bush is what actually drew me in closer to have a look. There is just something about the “spent” rose that I thought beautiful. We have to find the beauty where we can to go forward with healing.
