Sunday Post: City

Thanks to Jake, http://jakesprinters.wordpress.com/2012/10/20/sunday-post-city/ for today’s post inspiration. I love that City by the bay, San Francisco.

I’ve lived in the Bay Area for over thirty years, and I’ve worked in the City for several years, never for a moment minding the commute in on rapid transit; anything to be there; even now, I go in every chance I get.

It’s a diverse city, full of incredible beauty in every corner.

I’ve been expecting all my favourite cities in the world to be represented in this challenge, and you haven’t disappointed. I was even singing the song.

  4. I’ve flown over SF many times and have spent hours on end in the airport there. (I remember eating an exceptionally good bowl of chicken tortilla soup with a miniature loaf of sourdough bread on one layover.) One of these times I’d like to actually spend some time in the city. It looks so fantastic!

  9. It’s such a picturesque city with its urban scenery (esp the Bay area) recognized by people anywhere in the world. The personal approach you bring here enables us a fresh look at your beautiful city. It is a great set of photographs I really like city1 and IMG_1700 with their strong graphic qualities.
