The challenge this week is to capture a fleeting moment on the street. These photos are from Puerto Vallarta, where every Sunday evening at 5:00, a band plays in the central plaza and the locals dance, forgetting their troubles for a fleeting moment.

I love Latins – they dance way into their senior years. It doesn’t get any better than that.
Great entry for the challenge.
Love it …..

I love it when couples remain romantic through the years. The dancing is so graceful and inviting. Love it! Have a beautiful weekend.

Glad you’ve enjoyed this one. Some of the music was graceful and some dramatic…it was wonderful; and it was wonderful to see these older couples still enjoying a dance together. Hope you’re weekend has been great.

Hi e….this is just a weekly event in the main plaza of Puerto Vallarta with the PV band playing music. The locals take the opportunity to make it a dance as well. All free, no tickets or admission fee 🙂

Thanks so much for your comments Dee. It did feel special; I wanted to dance with my husband, but felt it was for the local couples, and I didn’t want to intrude. It was lovely to just sit and watch.
