Weekly Photo Challenge: Fleeting Moment; Project 365, Day 215

The challenge this week is to capture a fleeting moment on the street. These photos are from Puerto Vallarta, where every Sunday evening at 5:00, a band plays in the central plaza and the locals dance, forgetting their troubles for a fleeting moment.

  1. I love Latins – they dance way into their senior years. It doesn’t get any better than that.
    Great entry for the challenge.

Glad you’ve enjoyed this one. Some of the music was graceful and some dramatic…it was wonderful; and it was wonderful to see these older couples still enjoying a dance together. Hope you’re weekend has been great.

I love these photographs. You have captured something a bit special here, it’s great that the local people just come out into the street to get together and dance. Thanks for sharing. Dee 🙂

Thanks so much for your comments Dee. It did feel special; I wanted to dance with my husband, but felt it was for the local couples, and I didn’t want to intrude. It was lovely to just sit and watch.
