Proect 365, Day 105; Back At The Ranch

Yesterday was all sunshine and white flowers. (I think someone forgot to tell this tree at the barn to get with the springtime program). You will also notice those clouds coming over the hills. Northern California is preparing to get some late winter rains; or maybe it’s spring rains, but from the forecast, it sounds more like it’s going to be a week of good old-fashioned winter storms.

The trees with all those pretty white blossoms I showed you yesterday are probably going to look like the tree back at the ranch before it’s all over.

It looks like that tree will be the wise one…after the next round of winter storms.

After about four days into a trip I’m ready to be back home. We’ve enjoyed lovely weather, but have not had our usual winter rains. We sorely need these storms coming in….but I do love the sun. It will be back again soon.
