Weekly Photo Challenge: Breakfast

The most original presentation award for breakfast, in my travels, goes to Sanctuary Beach Resort in Marina, California, right outside of Monterey. The food is brought to your cabin by golf cart (no cars within the resort).

    The best part is wondering what’s inside? Is there a gooey cinnamon roll? A moist blueberry muffin, or perhaps a oatmeal raisin cookie? Oh the possibilites. And I know there’s a pot of tea just waiting for me on the kitchen table! Delicous!!

    Now that is one breakfast I want to have. Beautiful and romantic. I would like to wake up in a place like that with a basket of delightful breakfast treats. Makes me say, ” what a great life it is.”

    I love bagels… cinnamon and raisin with a large cup of coffee for a weekend breakfast. It looks just lovely in a basket by the fire.

    Bagels are amazing, I don’t care what anyone says. And to enjoy them in front of a fireplace? Wow, talk about perfection. Jealous of your morning, but glad you were able to enjoy it 🙂
