I read with fascination the posts by the island traveler, and his adventures with his son. It’s like looking in the rear view mirror of the days when our children were young.
Our children, our firstborn son who is 39, and our 37-year-old triplets (two boys and a girl), provided us with so many opportunities for the same kind of adventures, only en masse.
It is so wonderful to relive some of those memories, and to see other parents who truly seem to enjoy their children so much.
They are adults before you know it. Take the time to be with your children, and have fun when they are young, and they will take the time to be with you when you are older.
And a special thank you to the island traveler for the award he gave me today!

Congratulations on your award! Again, I am just baffled at how the mishap occurred… Urgh! Lesson learned, as I will now check on other bloggers when they disappear from my radar, and not assume they’ve stopped blogging. Glad to reconnect. 🙂
