Two months! We’ve not made a house payment for two months today.
We’re leaving the house in June, early on in foreclosure land. We probably could have stayed several more months, but we’ve found a wonderful rental and will be paying way way less in rent for a lovely home and community, we couldn’t pass up this opportunity and would rather move on.
Our new home is half the size of the house we live in now. We’ll be leaving a smaller footprint ( I always wanted to say that). I’m beginning to pour over websites on decorating for small spaces and getting wonderful ideas. This is presenting as a challenge that I’m rolling up my sleeves to meet head on. I love it.
