Excellent entry Angeline!
Thanks e. Good to see you.
Well Angeline, whoever she is she is lovely in silhouette…
Thank you, Jo. If your go to this post, you can see her clearly http://angelinem.wordpress.com/2011/11/28/365-day-2-kalapaki-goddess-at-night/
Stunning indeed! Is that an Asian themed sculpture?
Thanks! Yes it is some Asian goddess; her pose is unique with one leg bent and one hand with palm turned up on her knee. Everytime I am someplace selling this type of statue I look for her, but have never found one like this. I would love to know what goddess she might be and from what country. I’ve googled, and have found nothing similar.
i have some great memories of a trip to Kauai…. thanks for sharing!
You’re welcome! This is my favorite vacation spot of all time.
Stunning image Angeline for this week photo challenge
Thank you!
A silhouette that reminds of love, romance , of simple island joys and lots of warm, happy sunshine. Beautiful . Have a great weekend.
Thanks, IT. Simple island joys is what it’s all about in Kauai. You have a good weekend too.
