These are photos I’ve taken; the first I’ve ever framed. As a beginning photographer, it is quite a thrill to see my work in a frame. What a fabulous feeling to create something like this. It hangs in our kitchen.

It is a funny moment isn’t it when you decide to put one of your own things on the wall. My first one also hangs in the kitchen. Do you think that says something about us?
It does just feel kind of strange putting that first one up and looking at it as if it came from someone else’s mind. Interesting thought, that of putting our first displayed work in our kitchens…..the place where everyone gathers and we feel the most warmth//love? Thanks for stopping by; nice to meet you.
What a neat idea.
It’s a lovely work.
Thanks Imelda! And thanks for the follow
Welcome aboard.
They are lovely Angeline. Another blogger just recently sent me a framed copy of one of my photos that I had sent her. It thrilled me to see it under glass and now has pride of place in my loungeroom,
Thanks so much Jo. I’ve recently framed a few more in 5×7 and I feel like I’m looking at someone else’s work!
A perfect piece for the kitchen. Love it. I admire people who takes joy in their talent and shares them for others to be inspired. Beautiful images. Before I left the Philippines, I made several painting with pastel crayons as a medium the framed it with Narra wood. Today, it hangs in my parent’s living room. I made it when I was working in Boracay. I guess the island inspired me that much. Have a great day! Thanks…
Thanks IT….I can only imagine the island would inspire you to paint! I would love to see some of your paintings!!! That would be a great post!
I like the combination of the three photos.
Thank you Shimon. I just happened upon the perfect frame for the photos.
Our first few creations are always the most precious
I really think so, and I think we amaze ourselves with our creativity…though it is there waiting to come out.
Its really special to create and then display something of your own – totally unique!
Thanks for your comment Gilly. It is really a special feeling!
What a wonderful idea, Angeline, and so appropriate:)
Thank you!
