I feel it’s time to celebrate. I’m at the half way mark to my 365 days of taking and posting a photo. I started out all zippity do da, and now, some days, I feel like I’m dragging my tail. Yesterday for example, I saw those cactus flowers as I drove by, really really wanted to take photos of them, but I was tired. But my stubbornness outweighs my laziness.
Today, I was out looking up into one of our Redbud trees for a good angle
I was leaning on the fence to stabilize my hand, took the shot of the branches, and as I brought my hand down, accidentally clicked and got the colorburst shot above.
Ah…a day of zippity do da, and only 183 more to go (yes, I know that = 366, but we did have an extra day this year).
Photos taken with iPhone 4s, using clarity filter.

The first photo looks like fireworks, to celebrate the half-way point. Congrats!
Thanks! I still haven’t gone back to try clicking the shutter as I move the phone on purpose. I want to see what I get.
