I guess the administration will keep coming up with new plans until one works. I just read the following attached article and once again my husband and I will not qualify, there has to be a hardship.

It’s starting to get confusing after this many days; should we feel ok because we can afford our payments but the house isn’t worth anything near what the mortgage is? And in Stockton, Ca, it is not going to get any better for a long time. The unemployment rate here is 18.5%, and there are going to be county budget cuts this summer with many more people losing their jobs.
I had to laugh when I read the new plan what with extending the loan out to 40 years. If we qualified we would be 102 years old.
So, it’s sit back and pay for something that is not worth the payments or walk away.
